I can investigate visually with my building knowledge and use thermal imaging as well as moisture detection to identify any issues you may have.

Most issues with movement and cracking are closely related to moisture, too much or not enough.

Find out before ongoing damage become a bigger most costly issue to rectify.

Insurance Reports

Having worked for insurance companies before and reporting on scope of works we have good knowledge of the system.

Especially with flood, mould restoration combined with building rectification works we tend to find the insurance companies want to pay out a smaller amount than is reasonable.  These reports typically take longer to compile especially if estimating the costs to rectify we can help to provide information to put a compelling story for your insurance company to at least review their outcome.

We dont promise miracles but if the we don't think we can help we will let you know.  We don't weight reports but provide an honest appraisal of what we can see and can prove for you to get back to where you were before the event.
